We
have
been
successfully
hosting
parties
for
the
past
twelve
years
for
all
ages,
males
and
females,
and
all
types
of
themes.
When
you
book
a
party
with
us,
you
book
exclusively
that
TIME
on
that
date!
The
space
is
ALL
yours;
Nearly
6000
square
feet
of
space.
No
one
else
has
their
party
at
the
same time as you.
Your
Birthday
might
only
occur
one
day
each
year,
but
the
memories
undoubtedly will last much longer than that. A baby shower might
only
happen
once,
or
possibly
more
than
once,
but
no
matter
what,
EVERY
time
should
be
just
as
special as the first one.
One
of
our
talented
and
creative
staff
members,
along
with
an
Activity
Hostess,
will
host
the
event.
Your
party
will
be
a
fun
filled
occasion
with
a
variety
of
party
games and activities for all guests to enjoy.
We
also
have
some
very
special
add-ons.
We
offer
a
bounce
house
for
the
duration
of
your
party.
Or
you
can
add
an
age
appropriate
dance
class
which
will
include
a
warm-up
session
and
a
mini
dance
routine.
Perhaps
you
would
prefer
a
creative
theater
class
utilizing
a
wide
variety
of
props,
complete
with
theater
games
&
activities
and
a
short
lesson
on
stage
performance.
Maybe
you
and
your
guests
would
rather
have
a
fun
arts
&
crafts
project
to
do
that
goes
along
with
the
theme
of
your
party.
No
matter what, your party will surely be a hit!
Your
Activity
Hostess
will
also
assist
you
in
serving
guests
food
and
any
other
refreshments
provided
by
the
family
of
the
party
and help keep the party flowing with cake presentation, opening presents and thanking guests for attending.
All
setup,
decorating,
and
clean
up
is
provided
by
our
warm
and
friendly
staff.
So
you
can
do
what
you
should
be
doing
at
your
party, RELAX and HAVE FUN, take pictures and video, and create the memories that will last a lifetime!

THE BEST TIMES TO PARTY (Remember, your party time is ALL yours. You DO NOT share space or time with
another party. As we are a fully functional Performing Arts School, party times must be scheduled around actual
class times, so space is somewhat limited...Book early to assure we can host your party on the day you require.
Saturdays anytime after 3 p.m. and Sundays any time after 10 a.m.
We
can
also
hold
parties
on
weekdays
and
weekends
during
school
vacations
and
holiday
closings.
Please
arrive
no
earlier
than 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to start and pick up should be complete within 15 minutes of end of party.

WHAT SHOULD CHILDREN WEAR?
If
you
have
chosen
a
lesson,
children
should
wear
comfortable
clothes,
leotards,
sweats,
shorts
or
leggings.
They
may
wear
socks
or
go
barefoot.
If
you
have
requested
an
acro
lesson
as an add-on, make sure the clothing is appropriate for tumbling, cart-wheels, etc.
MUSIC & PROPS
We
have
a
music
collection
ranging
from
Children's
Songs
and
Games
to
Classical
Ballet
music,
Polynesian,
Disney
hits
to
Hip-Hop
tunes.
If
you'd
like,
you're
welcome
to
bring
your
child's
own
favorite
cd's
(edited
&
clean
versions
only
please).
We
also
have
a
selection
of
colorful
props
--
Hula-Hoops,
Limbo
stick,
Scarves
to
juggle,
etc.
All
of
the
music
we
play
is
age
appropriate
for
your
party,
sometimes
matching
the
theme
if
possible,
and
always
“clean”
versions.
GUESTS & DECORATING/THEMES
We have many questions concerning how decorating/themes will effect the different genders
of guests, (i.e. a princess ballerina party, pink and purple and pretty, with boys invited).
Simply put, YOUR party is for YOUR Birthday boy or girl, it is his or her big day. The
decorating and/or theme is for THEM, not for the guests, per se. Sure we want all the
Birthday guests to enjoy the decorations, obviously, but it really is all done for the Birthday
person. So the theme that you choose and the colors you decide on is fine either way, no
matter who is on your guest list. We have never had an issue from anyone, feeling
uncomfortable, with the style, decorating, and/or colors that the party is done in, however the
Birthday child’s parents are always concerned about this. Don’t worry about it, un-stress,
relax, and enjoy your child’s party, whether it’s a Super Hero or a Princess Party, Monster
Trucks or Ballerina’s, your party with us will be a huge hit with all your guests.
BOOKING INFORMATION

schedule
a
birthday
party
or
other
special
event
at
Inspiration
Academy
for
the
Performing
Arts,
please
call
us
so
we
can
gather
all
of
your
desired
party
details
and
information
or
stop
on
by
to
take
a
tour
of
our
beautiful
facility.
Birthday
parties
and
special
events
are
booked
on
studio
space
and
teacher
availability
and
on
a
first
come
first
served
basis.
Booking/Dates
are
ONLY
confirmed
and
locked
in
if
the
required
deposit
is
paid
at
the
time
of
booking.
Please
plan
to
book
your
party
early
(at
least
3
weeks
in
advance).
Payment
in
full
is
due
upon scheduling/event confirmation. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for parties canceled with less than 10 days notice.
FIELD TRIPS
Inspiration
Academy
offers
special
one-hour
creative
dance
classes
for
preschools,
daycare
facilities,
home
school
groups,
Brownie,
Girl
Scout,
Boy Scout, Daisy troops; and other special interest groups.
Classes
include
an
age
appropriate
dance
lesson
and
creative
dance
activities
utilizing
a
variety
of
props
and
music
or
a
theatre
class
with
fun
and creative theatre/stage performance activities. The class fee for a one hour field trip is $95.00. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Balance is paid the day of the field trip.
Cancellation
policy:
we
require
one
week
notice
of
cancellation.
If
one
week
notice
is
not
given
there
is
a
$30
cancellation
fee.
